| Nowadays,more and more knowledge workers have been working in the intellectual society.They are the driving force to the world and the important intermediates to the enterprise.With a large number of new generation employee rushing to the work,how to stimulate their working motivation has been a controvertible issue among all walks of life in the new period.Arousing working power dates from the hygiene factor relating to dissatisfaction and the motivation factor connecting to satisfaction.Current research about the motivation factor has been deeply analyzed,but the study of the hygiene factor is still rare and immature.This paper,based on the domestic and foreign research,combining the new generation employee dissatisfaction with the hygiene factor,designs the motivation model in need of the new-born knowledge workers.This may offer theoretical help to the company in enhancing workers motivation efficiency.According to the previous research,the paper summarizes new generation knowledge worker’s demand character,concludes the hygiene factor index,designs the hygiene factor model,transfers to the questionnaire and then put it into investigation,using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 to statistic analysis.Based on the research,the paper adjusts the hygiene factor model.In this paper,hygiene factor,which includes institutional environment,working environment,interpersonal environment,material reward environment and external factor environment,increases the dissatisfaction to the new generation knowledge worker.The workers,on the other hand,are more sensitive to the fair,the interpersonal relationship and the material rewards.And the interpersonal factor influences more compares to the rewards.Finally,the paper puts forward a motivation model which consists with the demand of the new-born knowledge employee,evaluates the efficiency to the worker’s motivation,and depicts the future work in the end. |
