| This text is based on the theory of sustainable development, land economics and location theory,taking economical and intensive construction land use of Meishan City as a research object,through building a evaluation index system for economical and intensive construction land utilization,analysis and comprehensive evaluation on economical and intensive construction land utilization of Meishan City from the year 2006 to the year 2011 were developed.On this foundation,the potentiality of construction land consolidation and the requirement of construction land from 2015 to 2020 were estimated, measures and suggestions on the future economical and intensive utilization of construction land in Meishan City were proposed.The main conclusions were showed that:(1)The evaluation study on economical and intensive construction land utilization of Meishan City from 2006 to 2011 declared that under the trend of scale increasing year by year, the level of economical and intensive construction land utilization in Meishan City was improving constantly.(2)The study on the potentiality of construction land consolidation of Meishan City showed that:by the year 2020,the potentiality of construction land consolidation will achieve 178702.04 hm2,in which the consolidation potential of rural residential area will reach 18218. 11hm2,the reuse potential of stock urban construction land will be 483.93hm2.(3)Mainly through the GDP predict model, taking departments predicted value as reference, estimated that newly-added construction land will reach 8000 hm2 in 2015 in Meishan City, scale up to a total size of 79504.98 hm2.while in 2020, the newly-added construction land will reach 22000 hm2,scale up to a total size of 93504.98hm2.(4)According to the results of construction land consolidation and prediction,this text put forward six measures and suggestions that promote the economical and intensive construction land utilization, which are:learn from advanced modes,increase the force of land purchasing and storage, improve the utilization efficiency,strengthen planning guidance and land law enforcement inspection,establish joint responsibility for economical and intensive land use. |
