Prediction of the construction land use is an important part and a core in overall land use planning. In the past overall land use planning, there are some problems such as too long prediction period, low efficiency , multi-method difficult used in the same time, imprecise result in the prediction of the construction land use. In this study, the Hanshou city as the case, prediction system of the construction land use in land use planning is established. Results are followed:1,According to basic data of overall land use plan in Hanshou city, by using mathematic modeling method, this article implements various predictive methods, such as power function model, exponent model, gray system predictive model, logarithm model and multi-function regress analysis model.2,Through analyzing errors and precision report of system simulation results, the consequence shows that once power function, logarithm function and gray model are suitable to use for population prediction, twain power function and gray model are appropriate for capital asserts investment prediction. Moreover, multi-method should be used for improving precision of prediction.3,By establishing multivariate function model, it is possible to set variable arbitrarily for predicting overall scope of construct land.4,User can conveniently predict overall scope of construct land directly or indirectly after establishing predictive system of overall scope of construct land in Hanshou city which includes direct prediction module and indirect prediction module.5,It is proved that the system can predict the overall scope of construct land rationally and scientifically by using case validating. Thus, the system can provide scientific support for making land use plan in Hanshou city.
