Economic Efficiency Of Urban Construction Land Use And Its Influential Factors Of Regional Hub City

The arrival of the age of the city makes the government put more and more attention to the urban development efficiency, and urban economic efficiency is the basis for the development of urbanization. Regional central cities are the center in regional geography, political, economic and cultural, which is especially important to regional development. Based on the 15 deputy provincial city, the paper did an empirical analysis, and studied the economic efficiency of regional central cities' construction land use, and the influence factors of the difference between economic efficiency, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures, which could maximum efficient urbanizationThis paper's main research content is divided into three aspects: The first is the definition of regional central city and the brief analysis of the characteristics and its mechanism; The second is that using the existed production function model, through the Eviews 6.0 software, do regression analysis on urban fixed asset investment, labor input, construction land, explore the three factors that affect the economic of cities; The third is to do analyses of influence factors of the urban construction land's economic efficiency, which aims to improve the economic efficiency of urban construction land use. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first and second chapter are the introduction and theoretical basis. The third and forth chapter is the empirical analyses. By building up function model, the paper get the contribution rate of economic growth of the 15 deputy provincial city construction land use; and do simple analysis of the urban construction land factors which affect the economic efficiency; Finally, to do summarize of the full text, then give some suggestions. At last, put forward the shortcomings.In this paper, the main conclusions include:(1) The influence of the construction land investment on economic growth increased year by year;(2) The influence of the urban construction land use in urban economic in every region is different, the strongest cities in central China, followed by city in northeast China, and finally to coastal cities;(3) The factors that influence efficiency of urban construction land use economic are ordered as follow: the government influence, land urbanization, economic development level, population urbanization, industrial structure.
