Studies On The Supply Chain Management For Enterprises Based On Electronic Commence

Electronic Commence (E-Commence) is a kind of absolutely new commence model, Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a kind of management model, which is completely different from traditional management model in essence. The integration of E-Commence and SCM, E-SCM, meets the demands of enterprises in handling the hardly market competition, strengthening the ability of competition and improving the level of profit. This integration not only adds new contents to E-Commence, but also provides technology measures to SCM, it makes SCM operation more feasible in practice.This article starts with the theory framework of E-Commence and SCM, and ends with a case study of a specific enterprise.On the theory framework, I firstly have made a brief introduction about E-Commence, Supply Chain (SC), SCM, and E-SCM, and then brought forward 2 integrations: one is the integration of E-Commence and Enterprise's Internal Supply Chain Basic Processes, importing the viewpoint of Supply Chain Council (SCC) on Enterprise's Internal Supply Chain Basic Processes, the other is the integration of Enterprise's External Supply Chain Primary Processes based on E-Commence, importing the viewpoint of D.M.Lambert, M.C.Cooper, and J.D.Pagh on Enterprise's External Supply Chain Primary Processes. The direct target of these 2 integrations is to ravel information flow not only among enterprises' internal departments but also between enterprises and the other supply chain members, further to have a good control for physical distribution, cash flow, commercial flow through it. Consequently, the enterprises which are gonging to adopt E-SCM can get theory guide and suggestions.On the case study, firstly give a real enterprise that I worked in before, and then I put the above theory of 2 integrations into the enterprise's real situations, brought out the whole solution for the enterprise's E-SCM. The solution includes 2 aspects, one is the specific solution of the integration for the enterprise's internal supply chain basic processes and E-Commence, and the other is the specific solution of the integration between the enterprise and other supply chain members based on E-Commence., including the enterprise and the suppliers, the enterprise and the customers, the enterprise and Third-Party Logistics.
