The Development Effectiveness, Problems And Strategies Of "San Pin Yi Biao" In Yuncheng

"San Pin Yi Biao" is an abbreviation of agricultural products which include Green Foods, Pollution-free agricultural products, Organic agricultural products and Geographical indications of agricultural products, to insist the standardized production, to care the quality security, to develop the Eco-friendly and sustainable agricultural modernization. For promoting it in Yuncheng, my thesis combines own work experience and contents through information searching, visiting and analyzing around some features, measures and local conditions.These measures in Yuncheng include supports from government, balanced development of "San Pin" and the standardization demonstration bases promotion plan. Meanwhile the relevant departments gradually improve the certification management system, targeting the helping businesses, strengthening the propaganda and skills of "San Pin Yi Biao" and post-supervision on credibility. There are obvious achievements which are showed by steady incremental number of it and rapid development of certified body organization due to the overall quality of increased agricultural products and the development of standardized agricultural. Besides, although the relevant departments gradually sound their management system, some problems exist on "San Pin Yi Biao" still such as the short of government investment funds, influential leading enterprises and brand products. The systems of work still need improving without non-standard certification marks using and the unsatisfactory production efficiency caused by low level of farmers’ organization. There are 9 developing plans about the government’s viewpoints, a tactical development of "San Pin Yi Biao", an overall guiding plan making, the support of funding increasing. The relevant departments should improve the working mechanism with tactic and information platform establishing, make useful of research cooperation and the leading enterprises and farmers’ cooperatives, expand the training services among ordinary households and finally establish appropriate market environment for the development of the "San Pin Yi Biao".
