It makes an introduction on the major of the domestic International cruise attendance service and makes an outline out of several typical kinds of talents cultivation model of higher vocational colleges on this majorThird, requirements analyses of talents for cruise enterprises based on profession orientation. Through investigation on cruise enterprises, the analysis on the capabilities satisfaction extent and requirements from related enterprises is carried out. Also, corresponding problems displayed in college talents cultivation model emerge.Fourth, current situation analysis on talents cultivation model on major of International cruise attendance service of T college. By researches on graduates and colleges, it makes an analysis on the present qualities of graduates on their positions and talents cultivation model actuality.
