Staff is the most valuable resources for the enterprise. The sustained and healthy development of the enterprise can’t leave the contribution and creation of the staff. The attitude of staff is essential to the enterprise. And the rationality of enterprise incentive system directly affects their attitude. The loss of employee, slack and talent in the enterprise is the problem, because of the incentive mechanism of the enterprise.Effective incentive mechanism can directly promote staff and mobilize their potential. Effective incentive mechanism also can promote employees’loyalty to the enterprise. It helps them keep their personal goals in line with business goals. Furthermore, effective incentive mechanism will help companies attract, find and cultivate talents-to prevent the brain drain. As a result, those improve enterprise’ management performance and achieve business goals.Through the research of GD Corporation found, the current enterprise incentive mechanism is not perfect. This thing strikes the enthusiasm and sense of responsibility of the staff. They lack the desire to pursue the results of the work. Some employees apply for resignation. These have had negative impacts on business efficiency and reputation. Therefore, how to perfect incentive mechanism, in order to meeting the expectation of the staff, has become the focus of management. Meanwhile, it’s one of modern enterprise’s important topics. Good incentive scheme can lead staff loving the "home", looking on the "home" as a stage, and making their own contribution to the "home" and "Home".On the basis of learning from the domestic and foreign research results, this paper takes the method of implementing the questionnaire to the staff of GD Corporation. Ideas are generally as follows:looking for problems in the field of incentive mechanism, analyzing the results of survey to find the reasons, and researching the perfect precept towards the reasons. There are twelve problems (six kinds), and five main reasons. The paper has improved the incentive scheme for GD Corporation from two aspects-material incentive and non-material incentive.
