The Research On The Construction Of The Producer Responsibility Extension System Of Home Appliances For The Case Of CH Company

Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) system as a system principle, mainly through extending producer responsibility to all aspects of the product’s life cycle, in particular the product consumption phase of recycling, recycling and final disposal place, to promote the whole life cycle of product environment protection. EPR system is an internationally accepted management system to promote the sustainable development of the electronic industry. The EU, Japan and other countries have passed legislation and other means of household electrical appliances production responsibility extension system has been clearly defined. China’s "Clean Production Promotion Law", "Circular Economy Promotion Law" and "recycling of waste electrical and electronic products recycling management regulations" also clearly put forward the implementation of producer responsibility extension system. The ministry of industry and information technology is actively promoting the construction of producer responsibility extension system.As one of China’s largest electrical and electronic products manufacturing company, CH has committed to green design, clean production, and then re manufacturing and re-resource technology and other aspects of active exploration, and achieved some results. Through the demonstration project of EPR of household appliances, we can comprehensively promote the development of the green industry chain of CH, improve the level of technological innovation and R & D, expand the recycling and reuse of home appliances and re-resources, and establish a green social enterprise image.This paper takes CH to carry out the production responsibility system of household electrical appliances as the research object. Through the development of the domestic and international extended producer responsibility system, the paper analyzes the problems encountered in the practice of the extended producer responsibility system, and puts forward the strategies. At the same time, to solve the environmental problems caused by waste household appliances and improve the green design and green manufacturing level of the home appliance industry, the paper analyzes the important significance of the development of producer responsibility extension system for household electrical appliances industry. In addition, through the analysis of the existing defects in the existing system, the advantages of the development of producer responsibility system of household electrical appliance enterprises are proposed. Finally, through in the EPR demonstration projects in the process of target design, development strategy and construction content, implementation of the case analysis of CH, to further explore the significance of the development of household electrical appliance product producer responsibility extension system, the main responsibility of the implementation of the content and development of the model. At the same time, based on the experience of the construction of the demonstration project, the technology system, management system and collaborative innovation mechanism of the EPR system of household appliances are studied.
