With the rapid development of the service economy and knowledge economy, the producer services with knowledge and technology-intensive characteristics play an increasingly important role. A lot of research shows that spatial and geographical proximity is the key to obtain knowledge and enhance the regional innovation ability. The effect of knowledge spillover produced by the industrial agglomeration can help drive regional innovation development. However, the research on the influence of knowledge spillovers of producer services agglomeration on innovative output is relatively less. The thesis is based on the economics of innovation, spatial economics and industrial economics theory, taking the knowledge spillovers as the main line and combining with the characteristics of producer services self-development. According to the role of producer services in regional innovative system and the theory of industrial agglomeration, the thesis systematically analyzes the effect of the producer services agglomeration of knowledge spillovers on innovative output under the background of producer services agglomeration. Then, through the description of producer services agglomeration and provincial innovation activities output situation, the paper analyzes the characteristics of producer services agglomeration and distributed fashion of regional innovative activities to explore the geographic coupling between spatial distribution of producer services economic activities and innovation activities output. The provincial agglomeration of producer services and the distributed fashion of innovative activity output have relativity. Whether regional distribution of producer services, or regional distribution of innovative activity output, are mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong and other eastern coastal areas. In addition, there is spatial correlation between regional innovation behavior and adjacent areas, existing certain distribution and inevitable inner relationship with the characteristics of cluster development. In the aspect of research of demonstration, the paper introduces the spatial factor and the effect of knowledge spillover in the analysis framework of the relationship between producer services and regional innovation. By using knowledge production function to build up spatial economical model with Chinese province-level panel data from 2004 to 2013, it empirically analyzes how diversified and specialized knowledge spillover of producer services agglomeration influences regional innovative output and what the spatial spillover effects are. The empirical result shows that the two knowledge spillovers of producer services agglomeration both promote the development of regional innovation, and the spillover effect is significant. The knowledge spillover of producer services agglomeration is not only reflected in the effect of the development of innovation activities in the region, but also has obvious promotion effect on innovation activities in surrounding areas. Finally, based on the above findings and combining with development of producer services and regional innovation, the article gives policy recommendations about how to develop producer services cluster areas and construct regional innovation system.
