In today’s business world, more and more enterprises realize that human resource is the most important capital of the enterprise and human resource is the most dynamic and explosive force of the resources which are available to the enterprise, but it is also the most difficult to control. Incentive mechanism as an important component of the enterprise human resources management system and is the important way to do a good job in human resources management. Therefore, construct a comprehensive, orderly and effective human resources incentive mechanism is most important in human resource management in enterprises.In order to solve the problem in the company’s incentive system for the moment, I take the company named DELYT as an example in this paper. With the in-depth investigation of the company’s HR management based on the current situation and the domestic and international strategic management theories and experience, I intend to design a feasible HR incentive mechanism oriented by its current development stage for the DELYT company. In this paper, I will analyze and study the incentive mechanism for middle management staff from the point of employees’ satisfaction and the each function of training, employee relations, C&B, performance, employee and organization development.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which will summarize the background and significance of the problem, and the research content, method and framework are discussed. The second chapter is an overview of human resource management incentive theory, based on the significance of incentive and some management incentive theory, to lay the theoretical foundation for the study of this paper. The third chapter is to introduce the DELYT company and the company’s middle management staff and describe the company’s current situation of the incentive mechanism from the point of C&B, training, employee occupation development and so on.. The fourth chapter is the construction of incentive mechanism for the middle management staff of DELYT company, researching the construction principles and main contents combined with the actual situation of the company, from the aspects of training, salary system, occupation development. The fifth chapter is the implementation measures of human resources incentive mechanism of DELYT company. The sixth chapter is the conclusion of this paper.
