In the current highly competitive market environment, enterprises are facing more and more pressure from all aspects of the competition, the sustainable development of the enterprise has been a national, business, academia generally concerned about the problem. The "life cycle" of SAIC general drawing reflects the phenomenon of "short life" and "death" of Chinese enterprises. On enterprise growth index to measure the scholars are generally carries on the research from the aspect of financial and non-financial(Antoncic and Hisrich, 2001; Stewart, 2003; Yan Jinfei, 2009), mainly including profit level, sales and market share rate and the rights and interests of the shareholders etc.. Resources for the enterprise development are essential factors of production in the process, while the scholars focus on in the internal capability of the enterprise to explain the problem of enterprise growth. American economics Quinn that seek external resources is the weakness of enterprise, but in the current network competition environment, the enterprise may not only by their own power to obtain the resources needed by enterprises to enable enterprises to gain greater development space. In order to get rid of the bottleneck of its own resources, the key resources of enterprises through the external social capital to obtain scarce, so as to promote the growth of enterprises. However, no matter from the perspective of the resource-based view or corporate social capital angle can not fully reflect the real situation of enterprise growth, the impact of factors on the growth of enterprises is not enough to explain. Therefore, this paper on the existing corporate social capital, resource acquisition and enterprise growth on the basis of the relevant literature take empirical analysis method, referring to the Penrose "resources-- the ability-- enterprises growth" theoretical framework, trying to construct enterprise social capital-- resource acquisition-- enterprise growth of the conceptual model, and to enterprises in Jilin Province as the research object, through the questionnaire data statistics analysis, an empirical test of the model proposed in this paper by SPSS statistical software. The main concludes of this paper are as follows:First, corporate social capital and various dimensions of enterprise growth have significant positive effects, of which the relational dimension and the cognitive dimension of enterprise growth of greatest impact. Second, resource acquisition and each dimension have significant positive effects on enterprise growth, especially knowledge resources acquisition growth of enterprises the greatest impact. Third, the structural dimension of corporate social capital on resource assets acquisition have significant impacts, but on knowledge resources acquisition of significant is not obvious. This conclusion with Sun Kai(2011) the conclusion of the study is consistent. This is because the frequency and frequency of communication with the outside of the enterprise, after all, is limited, coupled with the effect of some of the communication is not satisfactory. At the same time, knowledge, as a kind of hidden resources, is subject to the limitation of its own fuzziness and non imitation, which leads to the difficulty of obtaining the knowledge required by the enterprise through the structural dimension. Fourth, resource acquisition plays a part intermediary role in the growth of the firm, a process that is the growth of corporate social capital on the role of the enterprise is not directly affected. In this paper, through the analysis of resources to obtain a direct impact on the enterprise social capital to the enterprise growth play an important role and growth of enterprises, for enterprises to actively develop, training and the accumulation of the social capital of the enterprise strategy, enterprise development needs of key resources acquired from the external environment, in order to achieve the sustainable growth of enterprises.
