Company competition is very fierce, talent is the key to the competition, more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the cultivation of the talent. In this competitive environment company should exploit and use of human resources, especially the financial industry, represented by the bank, talent is the core competitiveness, It become the key of financial industry competition. With the slowing economic growth in China. Commercial Banks bad debts rate increases, the banking industry to bring very great pressure. In addition to do a good job in risk prevention and market development, for human resource management is also at present, China’s Banks need to focus on the parts. In recent years, the bank of the personnel management to human resource management and information technology applications and enterprise management, become the two major industries management development the mainstream. The characteristics of the information, make its can good meet the needs of human resource management, the internal implementation of human resources management in the bank information is the direction of future development.Based on the present situation of informationization of human resources management in Commercial Bank J, the paper analyzes Bank J’s informationization process of human resources management and points out its deficiencies especially in the process of combining human resources management with informationization, for the purpose of helping it find solutions to the improvement of human resources management which actually can be achieved by promoting the operational efficiency through informationization of human resources management so as to strengthen the scientific and rational operation of human resource business. Moreover, informationization of human resources management can improve Bank J’s human resources development as well, which can also promote human resources management efficiency.First of all, a comprehensive analysis is made on the present situation of Bank J’s human resources management. And then, the basics and principles for Bank J to establish informationization of human resources management are determined and put forward in terms of three aspects – China’s national conditions, Bank’s cultural and management levels, among which the relevant influential factors in Bank J are also considered. Finally, by following those basics and principles, Bank J can establish a multi-levelled information management system which is oriented respectively to the policy-making level, to the level of sectoral lines, and to the level of bank employees. In order to successfully establish this system, the author proposes that the work can be carried out from three aspects- the basic data platform, the business operating system, and the sharing and analysis platform, which are all necessary for establishing the architecture of Bank J’s information management system of human resources. The case study in the thesis centers on the informationization construction of human resources management in Bank J, analyzes some remarkable issues, find out the deficiencies as well as the underlying causes, puts forward a series of innovative views and methods for achieving informationization of human resources management by referring to other commercial banks’ latest achievements, and ultimately forms the overall framework for Bank J’s to construct informationization of human resources management. Since Bank J is one of the largest banks in China, the research into its informationization of human resources management has significant practical values both to other banks and to the overall development of China’s banking industry.
