Analysis Of Human Resources Management In CD Bank JJ Branch

CD bank is located in Chengdu of SC.CD Bank which was restructured from the rural credit cooperatives in January 2010.The bank is mainly engaged in absorbing the deposits from the public,lending short-term,medium-term and long-term loans,handling the domestic settlement,bill acceptance and discounting business,etc.In recent years,CD Bank has had a rapid development.The bank has developed the "three-five-eight development strategy" to accelerate the pace of business transformation.And the CD bank constantly enriched the product range and improved the level of banking services.The bank has got the local community's recogonition.JJ Branch of CD Bank is set up in Jinjiang District,Chengdu.In order to get the healthy development under the leadership of the head office,the branch need to adjust in many ways,especially in the branch's human resources management which are still many problems to be solved.As a manager in JJ Branch of CD Bank,the author found many problems in human resources management.In order to solve those problems and make this institute develop well in the future,the author use human resources management theory to analyz the problems of human resources management.The article consists of five chapters,the main parts of which are as follows:Chapter one is about the JJ branch of CD bank and the problem of the human resources management.First,this chapter is an overview of the JJ branch of CD bank.Then,this chapter gives the status of human resources management and major issues.Chapter two offers an outline of human resources management.The main purpose of this chapter is to give a theoretical basis and support,in order to make a further and comprehensive analysis on human resources management system of JJ Branch of CD Bank.Chapter three is mainly about the internal and external environmental analysis of the JJ Branch of CD Bank's human resources.Using the ideas of the SWOT,this chapter first gives analysis of the external environment of human resources management of the JJ branch,and then gives the analysis of the internal environment of human resources management of the JJ branch.Finally,this chapter gives a comprehensive analysis about the internal and external environment of the human resources management of the JJ branch.Chapter four of this article is about JJ Branch of CD Bank's human resources strategy and planning.First,this chapter gives the JJ branch's developmental goals and the competitive strategies,human resource development goals and the appropriate human resource strategies,and then gives the human resources management strategic planning of the JJ branch.Chapter five is mainly about the corresponding recommendations for improvement to the human resources management involved in the article.Given the chapter four about the human resources strategy and planning of the JJ branch.This chapter gives the author's specific solution recommendations,such as the organizational structure and job design,staff recruitment and training,pay and performance,corporate culture building,etc.This article analyzes the main problems in human resources management of the JJ branch of CD bank from the perspective of human resource management.This chapter gives many suggestions to improve the measures and methods,makes reference to the JJ branch's human resources management and makes to senior branch for JJ decision-making reference,in order to make the author's efforts for the JJ branch and CD bank's comprehensive health and sustainable development worthwhile.As a result,considering of the author's limited academic level,and the limitation of field of eyes,and many other reasons,the suggestion and proposed plan in this article should be further confirmed and improved by practice,therefore mistakes and oversights are unavoidable.The author requests earnestly tutors and other readers to point out and give some suggestions.
