In recent years, with the continuous improvement of the level of the national economy, the rapid development of China’s software outsourcing industry. Software outsourcing is a new software production mode of globalization, the United States, Japan, Europe and other developed countries is the software outsourcing model for the development of software industry, this mode of production, not only reduces the human cost, but also improve the efficiency of research and development. At present, China’s software outsourcing is in the initial stage, after several decades of experience, it is also becoming one of the most potential competitors in the software outsourcing market. D company is a leading software outsourcing enterprise in China. It has rich experience in service and good reputation, and its development can reflect the development of China’s software outsourcing enterprises. In the face of fierce internal and external competition environment, in order to continue to grow and grow, D company needs to carry out the strategic analysis and research of the software outsourcing business, and to develop strategies and corresponding measures for the future development direction.This paper analyzes the internal and external macro environment of D company, including policy and regulatory factors, economic factors, technical factors, social culture, natural environment, industry environment, industry competition environment, etc. in addition, the main competitors of the company are analyzed by PEST model. This paper analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of the company, including the organization structure of the company, the main business, the value of outsourcing business, the core competitiveness, the advantages and disadvantages of the company. Through SWOT analysis, the D company should choose the strengthening strategy, brand strategy, differentiation strategy and alliance strategy. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, the company should do the following work: increase the introduction of talents, develop and implement various preferential policies, reform and innovate the existing talents incentive system, strengthen the brand building and training, establish training, and pay attention to personnel training, play an intermediary role, optimize the existing industrial structure, enhance research and development strength, enhance the competitiveness of enterprise products, to participate in the management of Party A, foster a good corporate culture. The conclusions of the research can also provide some reference strategies and measures for the research and development of other enterprises in the same industry.
