Study On Quality Management Of New Product Manufacture In Company B

Nowadays, with the fast development of automobile industry, in every year automobile manufacturers in the domestic and overseas issue various new type of car with latest function and new technology, which also drives development of automobile component corporation. Each of components in the automobile is close relative with quality of finished automobile. Recently, it is reported that automobile manufacturers recall the automobiles due to the quality issue of components, e.g. accelerator pedal issue of Toyota, DSG issue of Volkswagen, which brings huge security risk for passengers, so it is critical for quality management of introduction new product process. Quality management goes through all the process of introduction of new product, which creates strong foundation for SOP.This paper studies the project quality management overall status both in an out of country, including the method and tools for quality management theory, combined the project quality management with characteristic of quality management in automobile industry,through internal new product introduction process map in B company Mini MAB project is implemented, it uses the quality management tools and method widely by this case. Using Statistic samples method to collect data,6 sigma, FMEA, Control Plan, Poka-Yoke to analyze 6 sides (man, machine, material, method, environment, measurement),to find the root cause of AG600 dispensing sealing station issues and reach the target of scrap rate,cycle time,first pass yield, scrap rate before SOP. In this paper it solved a series of happened issues during introduction new product by study on combined NPL(New Program Launch) and quality management, It also gives a living samples of implement for introduction new product and has instructive sense for the company both to carry out project management and to increase the quality of the new product as well.
