Decision making is a kind of inherent human behavior to adapt to the environment, which is everywhere in our life and work. The quality of decision-making not only relates to the individual life, but also affects the daily operation and future development of the enterprise. Chinese enterprises are facing with ever different situation that the economic situation is serious at home and abroad. Many companies are facing the dilemma of transformation. In the process of transformation, decision-making is the most important thing which can even effect the surviving of a company. To study how to improve the decision-making quality of enterprises becomes more meaningful.This paper reviewed the researches related to decision-making, revived the conception of person-organization fit, emotional exhaustion, and decision quality. In order to build a theoretical model of the relationship among of person-organization fit, emotional exhaustion, and decision quality, we teased out the main idea about decision theory of dual system, Organization equilibrium theory and mental power space. In addition, during the study, we collect the relevant data through the questionnaire survey to do data statistics and analysis. After these, we obtained the following conclusions: firstly, person-organization fit, demand fit, capacity fit and values fit has positive influence on decision-making quality. Secondly, person-organization fit, demand fit and values fit has positive influence on emotional exhaustion. But capacity fit has nothing to do with emotional exhaustion. Thirdly, the thesis also analyzes the intermediary role of emotional exhaustion to influencing person-organization fit and decision quality.As previously mentioned, this paper enriched the theory of decision making, in the meantime, provided suggestions about how to improve the quality of decision-making for the enterprise managers.
