Government financial support for agriculture is still at a relatively low level, the strength of the national financial support for agriculture still can not meet the needs of the healthy development of agriculture in china.Second, the expenditure structure is not reasonable is the main reason for the low efficiency of financial support for agriculture, financial support for agriculture spending in agricultural infrastructure, agriculture, forestry, meteorology and other departments and institutions and agricultural research investment ratio to be adjusted. The research and achievement transformation of agricultural science and technology in China should be further emphasized and strengthened.Third, financial support for agriculture in the central and local government finance and governance don’t match, assume the primary responsibility for the expenditure. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the existing tax system, a clear division of central and local fiscal support of financial authority and powers, on this basis to ensure that expenditure level of stable growth.Fourth, there are differences in the efficiency of regional financial support for agriculture, the level of economic development in various provinces and cities, agricultural attention, policy implementation and other aspects of subsidies, there is a significant difference in the efficiency of agriculture.
