Research On The Business Model Of Industrial 4.0 Equipment- Manufacturing Execution System (MES)

With the rise of the Internet, the concept of industrial 4.0 arises at the historic moment. Manufacturing has experienced three times of the industrial revolution, in the three times industrial revolution completed mechanization, electrification and automation transformation and ascension. Today,4.0, through the industry will enter a new era of "decentralization". Through the implementation of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing, and 4.0 the revolution is a major challenge we face. Industrial 4.0 will be calculated by automatic control, network and connect people, machinery and equipment, and information together. As one of the link, the manufacturing execution system (MES) plays an indispensable role in it. Therefore, research on the promotion of MES system will play a guiding role in industrial 4.0 localization.Based on the design of the traditional business model, this paper discussed the content of the business model design of system, requirements, process, etc., to find out the problems existing in the existing business model design method. Then through literature research, clarify the characteristics of industrial 4.0 equipment and its trade demand, etc., to study the influence on trade relations, and analyze the problems existing in the industrial equipment in the process of trading industrial 4.0. And combining with the characteristics of industrial equipment and industrial 4.0 MES, industrial 4.0 MES business model under the environment of industrial design elements and steps, to formulate conforms to the industrial 4.0 MES environment business model. At the same time, comparing with the traditional business model, enterprises to select the industrial 4.0 MES business model method was proposed. Finally, the analysis of current situation and existing problems of S company, applying industrial 4.0 MES business model validation and analysis the feasibility of the model, for the enterprise in the industry pointed out the direction of the transformation of the 4.0 environment.
