As an important part of industrial workers,migrant workers have made an indelible contribution to China's industrialization,urbanization and modernization.Migrant workers are at the bottom of the urban society,suffering from discrimination and exclusion.The working conditions and environment for migrant workers are harsh,and their legitimate rights and interests cannot be guaranteed.In order to maintain their livelihood,most migrant workers can only choose frequent job-hopping,and their job stability are very poor.In recent years,the issue of the job stability of migrant workers has been a hot topic in academic circles.Enterprises are the most closely related subject in the urban work and life of migrant workers,and the organizational supports provided by enterprises are very important for migrant workers,so it is necessary to study the influence of enterprises' organizational supports on the job stability of migrant workers.Although this influence mechanism exists objectively,the practical problem is that the value goal of the enterprise for profit maximization makes it unwilling to provide fair organizational supports for migrant workers,thus enterprises cannot effectively improve the job stability of migrant workers.With the international community widely concerned and advocate decent work,decent labor and its tripartite mechanism provide new research perspectives for the study of migrant workers' job stability,and also put forward requirements for the organizational support management practice of enterprises.Therefore,this paper intends to include the perspective of decent labor into the research on the impact of organizational support on the job stability of migrant workers.On the basis of literature study and theoretical analysis,this paper constructs the index system of organizational support under the perspective of decent labor,using logistic regression model to study how salary and welfare support,working conditions support,social dialogue support and career development support that organizations provided to impact on the stability of the migrant workers under the perspective of decent labor,and the marginal effect is used to analyze the necessity of the government as one of the three parties to provide legislative support and supervision in this process.The conclusions are as follows: in terms of salary and welfare support,the salary level provided by the enterprises for migrant workers is higher,the welfare guarantee is better,and migrant workers can enjoy the paid vacation,their job are more stable;in terms of working conditions support,the longer the working time of migrant workers' subjective feelings,the worse their subjective feelings of being respected,and the lower the freedom and safety of work are,the lower the job stability of migrant workers;in terms of social dialogue support,if the enterprises actively carry out collective negotiation with migrant workers,and there are no vicious group events in the organization,the job stability of migrant workers will be better;in terms of career development support,the longer the time of job training provided by the enterprise for migrant workers,the more support for the continuation of education,the higher the job sufficiency,and migrant workers have been promoted and experienced satisfactory job position changes,their job are more stable.Based on the above research conclusions,the insights of this paper are as follows: in order to improve the job stability of migrant workers in decent labor practices,enterprises should provide fair and effective organizational support for migrant workers by establishing and improving the support system and taking effective support measures in terms of salary and welfare support,working conditions support,social dialogue support and career development support.At the same time,the government should improve legislative supervision and provide support and help in this process,and migrant workers should also strive to improve themselves.In a word,through the joint efforts of the three parties,the job stability of migrant workers will be improved.
