Study On The Influence Of Institutional Factors On The New Generation Of Migrant Workers' Citizenization

The new generation of migrant workers' citizenization(hereinafter referred to as citizenization)meets the new generation of migrant workers' demands.it is not only the important measures to solve the "three rural issues",but also the key step to promote"China's new urbanization".Based on the theory of "urbanization","push and pull theory",and "the institutional change theory",by means of questionnaire and face-to-face interview to collect information,the use of binomial logistic regression model to deal with the survey data,in the form of the empirical study of institutional factors(including the six aspects of household registration,housing,employment,children education,land and social security institution)impact on the will of the new generation urbanization of migrant workers.The results show that housing security,employment,social security,land,household registration and the education system all affect the will of the new generation of migrant workers.Urbanization of new generation of migrant workers to the system overall satisfaction evaluation on the low side,intention and system satisfaction present positive correlation,namely urbanization will increase with increasing system satisfaction.Therefore,we should reform and improve the existing system to strengthen the will of the people in the city,and accelerate the process of municipal civil service.In addition to the introduction and conclusion parts,this thesis has four other parts,details are as follows:The first part:Clarify the definition of the new generation of migrant workers,the citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers(hereinafter referred to as citizenization)and the institutional factors,put forward the theoretical basis of this thesis-"urbanization theory","push and pull theory" and "institutional change theory".The second part:This paper analyzes the influence of institutional factors on the will of the city,analyzes the list of institutional factors,and puts forward theoretical hypotheses.The third part:We analysis the content of the questionnaire and the sources of the research data,and have a descriptive analysis of the questionnaire.The binary logistic regression model was used to further verification and analysis the influence of the institutional factors of the citizenization.The fourth part:According to the specific influence of institutional factors and the research conclusion,the measures to reform and improve the system are put forward.This is mainly from the following aspects:reform the household registration system,easy to"entering city";perfect the housing institution,achieve "housing in the city";reform the education system,the children can study in the city;solve the employment problem,provide adequate employment opportunities and so as to easy stay in city;strengthen the social security system,purposeful "guaranteed";reform the land system,staying in the city"no worries" and so on.
