In the management of enterprise, employee benefits have the potential to affect employees’psychology, action and work attitude, thus affecting the work performance of employees. Especially for agricultural enterprises, many agricultural enterprises in the enterprise management exist ’nepotism’ mode, the selection of many business managers are members of the family, the uneven quality of management, for the formulation of the employee welfare system also are more likely to exist many loopholes.In this study, the results of the comprehensive study of the parties, the employee benefits satisfaction and working performance are linked through empirical research methods to study the impact of the former on the latter. This study will use the theory of organizational behavior, construction of welfare satisfaction of agricultural enterprises and its impact on the working performance model, and puts forward the related hypothesis in Fujian agricultural enterprises 150 employees for questionnaire survey sample, and using SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze the survey data on the correlation analysis, factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis regression analysis, variance analysis.Through correlation and regression analysis.welfare category satisfaction, welfare quality satisfaction, benefits information satisfaction(in order of the degree of influence)on working performance has positive and significant influence, but the impact of welfare costs satisfaction with working performance is not significant.Through the analysis of variance,the staff’s sex, marital status, age, level of education have no significant difference on welfare satisfaction and it’s four dimensions; work experience on the welfare quality satisfaction, satisfaction with benefits information, benefits category satisfaction and overall welfare of satisfaction has significant difference,specially work experience sample on less than one year are related to length of service on the benefits information satisfaction and overall welfare satisfaction, there is a significant difference on 3-5year sample;there are significant differences among different positions of the welfare costs of satisfaction, satisfaction and overall satisfaction of welfare benefits; there are significant differences in different monthly income satisfaction in welfare costs and overall welfare satisfaction.According to the above results of revelation:1..for agricultural enterprises, they should refuse to copy other welfare policy settings,set up as required, andadjust the welfare category, such as busy or allowed to use to work overtime to complete the task of employees give more overtime subsidies for the staff in the busy;2, most of the staff by only in the high school education level below, that is the speed of the understanding of the benefits and receive information is slow, companies should listen more to the views of staff to carry out effective forum,to understand the needs of employees, promotting effective communication,more comprehensive arrangements for higher quality level of personnel as a junior staff inquiries,exclude the understanding of welfare policy confusion for the staff; 3, enterprises should be based on different positions in different performance incentives will be rewarded as part of welfare. To evaluate the performance of the staff in each stage. The results of the assessment according to the level of give different levels of bonus payments, so as to stimulate the staff to work hard, in the case of both fairness and performance, and at the same time, improve the welfare of employees satisfaction.
