For any organization, the core of our concern is the organization performance. To maximize the organization performance is one of the important goals we pursuing. For the organization performance is coming from the individual performance of many employees, the employee working performance is coming to be the focus. It’s so closely between working performance and working attitude, at the same time, employee satisfaction is one performance of the working attitude. As an important part of the employee satisfaction, employee benefit satisfaction may have important influence on their working performance. Therefore, to understand the relationship between benefit satisfaction and the working performance will help enterprises to formulate relevant employee benenfit system. By increasing employee benefit satisfaction can improve the employee working performance, furthermore, can promote the enterprise performance.After raising the question, basing on the theory of the employee benefit satisfaction and the working performance, the study establishes the model and puts forward the theory hypothesises. This study takes the northeast employees as a sample, has the questionnaire research for236enterprise employees, and then uses SPSS17.0software to have the analysis. The analysis is consisting of factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent samples T-test, the correlation analysis and regression, to have the empirical research of the hypothesises. The result shows that the questionnaires have a good reliability and validity; employee benefit satisfaction has significant influence on working performance; age, education, income levels and present work has significant differences on benefit satisfaction, whereas, the influence of gender, marriage status, and working years is not distinctive. Last, according to the reaserach result, the thesis presents some suggestions for the enterprises--how to improve the employees benefit satisfaction, for example, putting focus on integrating the benefit classfaction, improving the benefit communication, etc.
