Study On The Effect Evaluation Of Transformation Toward Circular Economy Based On DPSIR Model

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, constraints from resources and environment become increasingly strengthened. Therefore the development of circular economy has been implemented as a national strategy since the eleventh five-year plan. To promote the circulation reform in the park, one of the important carrier of circular economy, is the focus of national development of circular economy.WB economic and technological development zone is the Yellow River delta efficient ecological economic zone and the overlapping zone of the Shandong peninsula blue economic zone and Jiaodong peninsula high-end industrial concentration area. As a state-level economic development zone, WB economic and technological development zone has achieved the rapid development of the local recycling economy after 10 years of construction. But WB has the large proportion of energy-intensive Marine chemical industry while it’s the third industry are in relatively insufficient development. Also WB is badly in need of optimization of industrial structure. Therefore, to promote WB park transformation toward circular economy becomes a matter of concern to the government and the park construction department. Taking WB Park transformation toward circular economy as the subject, this thesis focuses transformation effect toward circular economy of WB economic and technological development zone during "twelfth five-year" period to build the effect evaluation model, which has strong theoretical significance and practical significance.Based on the relevant theoretical research and literature review about transformation toward circular economy in the zone and the author’s own practical work, this thesis constructs index system of transformation toward circular economy of the WB economic and technological development zone in the framework of the DPSIR model. Taking WB economic and technological development zone as the research object, this thesis has carried on the empirical evaluation research, respectively measured the effect of comprehensive evaluation index and the fractal evaluation index. Based on the calculated result and analysis, it is found that the system mechanism is unsound with huge resources and environment pressure, poor circular economy stability, week propaganda consciousness and insufficient innovation ability. In to base on the analysis of the causes of these problems, by using system theory and the concept of circular economy, put forward the perfect WB circulating fluidized concrete countermeasures of economic and technological development zone park. To promote the park circulation reform from theoretical research, has certain practical significance.
