Study On The Relationship Between The Business Enterprise Knowledge Capital And Technological Innovation Performance

With the increasing focus on entrepreneurial activity in our country, entrepreneurial thinking of venture enterprises increasingly active, entrepreneurial activity has increasingly become the engine of economic development and an important driving force. The complex external environment and the knowledge economy era and quick update the technical knowledge of the enterprise innovation in a passive situation, especially business enterprise only through constant innovation to master the initiative in competition. Therefore, business enterprise only have good control of their own intellectual capital formation and application of can effective to cater to the market volatility and the severity of competition, thus for enterprise to bring the good innovation performance.Based on the business enterprise as the research object, based on knowledge and knowledge capital theory, attempting to establish a set of suitable for intellectual capital and innovation performance index system of venture enterprises, and further to the business enterprise knowledge capital and the relationship between innovation performance and empirical research, obtained the relationship between them, provide opinions and Suggestions for the development of entrepreneurial companies.Through data analysis of 246 valid questionnaires, the research results show that:(1) Knowledge capital has a significant positive effect on the absorption capacity. The external knowledge acquisition has a significant positive impact on the exploration learning, transformational learning and developmental learning, and the integration of knowledge has a significant positive impact on the exploratory learning and development learning, while the integration of knowledge has a positive effect on the transformation learning, but it is not significant.(2) Absorptive capacity has a significant positive effect on innovation performance. Among them, exploratory learning ability and development ability have significant positive impact on technological innovation process performance and output performance, while transformational learning ability has a significant positive impact on technological innovation process performance, which has a positive impact on technological innovation process, but is not significant.(3) Knowledge capital has a significant positive impact on innovation performance, and the elements of the formation of knowledge capital have a significant positive impact on the various dimensions of technological innovation performance. In the process of knowledge capital formation, external knowledge acquisition and integration of knowledge have significant positive impact on technological innovation process performance and technological innovation performance.(4) Absorptive capacity plays an intermediary role between knowledge capital and innovation performance.
