New generation of migrant workers from the first generation of migrant workers of special groups, universal attention by the social from all walks of life. The current academic research mostly focused on jobs, the class group city into the social level, such as few scholar study of this group from the enterprise level. For the loyalty of the new generation migrant workers problem and with paternalistic leadership as a moderator variable, related research is few and far between.Based on this, this article first chapter first introduced the paper selected topic background and research significance, followed by the study of this paper is applied to the method and the general idea.The second chapter is the related theory of this article were reviewed, from the psychological contract, loyalty and paternalistic leadership as well as the new generation of migrant workers is presented in four aspects respectively. Including the concept of psychological contract, loyalty and pa ternalistic leadership, dimension, questionnaire and the former for and outcome variables, finally, the concept, characteristics and new generation of migrant workers and the difference between the first generation of migrant workers in detail, so that the research of this paper main body have a clear understanding.The third chapter, research variables are defined, and based on this, advances some assumptions. Including the psychological contract hypothesis of the correlation with loyalty and the adjustment of paternalistic leadership role hypothesis.The fourth chapter to small sample testing of the questionnaire, to test the questionnaire item availability.The fifth chapter puts forward the assumption of for statistical analysis, the final validation of psychological contract and its three dimensions, dimensions, the relationship between dimension and development dimension has a significant positive influence on loyalty, paternalistic leadership as a moderator variable, positive regulation authority leadership is not verified, but benevolent leadership and authority leadership on psychological contract and loyalty towards regulating role are verified. Authority leadership demonstrated the negative role of loyalty, virtue and kindness leadership positive influence to loyalty is also verified.The sixth chapter summarizes the research achievements, and leadership gives Suggestions for the improvement of the new generation peasant workers’ loyalty, finally put forward in this paper, we study the deficiency, provides referential ideas for future study.The main research methods used in the article is literature research, comparative analysis and statistical analysis. First of all, through the literature research, related theory of this paper are applied to the system, the rationality of the theory in order to strengthen the follow- up and persuasive flow; Secondly the method of comparative analysis, to clearly defined attribute features of research subject; Finally the application of statistical analysis method, through relevant investigation data to validate the proposed hypothesis.Through the early reading lots of related materials, this paper puts forward with paternalistic leadership as a moderator variable, research the relationship between the new generation peasant workers’ psychological contract and loyalty, and in the later through the actual survey, get the authoritarian leadership on the relationship between the heart contracts and loyalty play a negative regulatory role, kindness and virtue leadership on the relationship between the heart contracts and loyalty has a positive adjustment.Compared with before the research of scholars, this pape r under the perspective of psychological contract, the quantitative study on the new generation peasant workers’ loyalty, and with paternalistic leadership as regulating variable, studies the relationship between the new generation peasant workers’ psychological contract and loyalty.
