A Study On The Diagnosis And Coping Strategies Of The Operating And Management Status In XX Company

Small and micro enterprises are an important part of our national economy, the annual revenue of which accounts for as much as 60% the value of the GDP in our country. Furthermore,they can provide two-thirds of the personal income tax and, especially, play an indelible role in dealing with the problem of employment in China. Small and micro enterprises have many irreplaceable advantages, including a small basic investment, instant effects, flexible management, and strong social adaptiveness, etc. Scientific research indicates that the number and state of small and micro enterprises represent a country’s vitality. Therefore, public attention has been more and more focused on the survival and development of small and micro enterprises.Many countries around the world have also issued related policies and legislations to encourage and support the transition of small and micro enterprises.Founded in 1986, “XX” is a traditional condiment brand that enjoys a long public reputation.In 2008, XX Co, Ltd. was officially and legally registered, with a concentration on development,production and sales of such flavorings as soybean sauce, vinegar, and all kinds of jams.Recently, this company is preparing itself to transform from small-size private enterprise into a large-and mediate-size Integral Corporation. Nevertheless, it still faces a number of defects and vulnerabilities in either system building, personnel assignment, or the so-called “rustic smell”which is stubbornly difficult to remove. This paper takes the typical case of “XX”, based on a thorough investigation of the current condition of its operation and management, this paper intends to analyze and diagnose from four elements of this company: the human resource management, cost and quality control, product research and development and the protection of intellectual properties, marketing strategy and operational risks. Finally, this thesis finds problems and difficulties faced by XX Company and proposes specific countermeasures respectively. Hopefully, this article could help XX Company to complete its transformation successfully, promote step by step its market competitiveness and accelerate its healthy,sustainable development.
