This paper adopts normative research combined with empirical research and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis method of combining the analysis of strategic emerging industry in our country listed company executives on the implementation of equity incentive factors, and aimed at these effect factors and strategic emerging industry in China listed companies executives equity incentive problems existing in the implementation process of policy Suggestions are put forward.First of all, reviews domestic and foreign research results and the implementation of equity incentive theory basis.Second, the strategic emerging industry in our country listed company executives, analyzing the present situation and problems of the implementation of equity incentive from different industries and regions, the types of companies, incentive schemes of the strategic emerging industry in China listed companies executives equity incentive summarizes implementation, and accordingly puts forward the strategic emerging industry in our country the problems existing in the implementation of equity incentive of listed companies.Then, this article selects 2010 to 2014, the strategic emerging industry listed companies, and took a sample of the implementation of equity incentive company combined with the implementation of equity incentive companies 2263, by the method of theoretical analysis and empirical test, further study of the corporate management structure, agency cost, corporate governance structure, and senior management team, four aspects of the implementation of equity incentive effect, the results show that:(1) the implementation of equity incentive policy and corporate performance, market competitiveness level, agency cost, the board of directors governance behavior, chairman and general manager significant positive correlation between the joining together of two position;(2) the implementation of equity incentive policy and the asset-liability ratio, ownership concentration and board independence and significant negative correlation between executive age;(3) the implementation of equity incentive policy and business growth, the top three executive pay there is no significant correlation between;(4) whether strategic emerging industry listed companies in the implementation of equity incentive policy priority to board independence when they measure factor, followed by asset-liability ratio, chairman and general manager whether the unity, the board of directors governance behavior, enterprise market competition ability, enterprise performance, agency costs and ownership concentration, the final executive age factor.Finally, according to the results of the empirical study of the full text is summarized, and the optimization of corporate governance structure, the diversity of the equity incentive model, performance evaluation index system and choose appropriate equity incentive plan better in four aspects, proposed the strategic emerging industry listed companies in the implementation of equity incentive plan of relevant policy recommendations.
