Optimization Design Of Performance Management Of ZQ Power Plant

The author, as the head of the ZQ power plant performance management work,is responsible for building ZQ staff performance management system of power plant, and organizes their implementation. At the beginning of the performance management system implementation in ZQ, has achieved good results. But, with the acceleration development of performance management, it has met the management problem. For this purpose, the author consulted a large number of documents, found this difficult problem generally exists in the whole electric power industry. And as the vision of performance management research field increasing, the author found that the performance management system optimization design is also a hot issue among many domestic scholars and enterprise managers at present.In the arcitle, we take ZQ power plant as an example. And using literature research,case studies, the research method of integrating theory with practice. we made an analysis of its employee performance management system and found the system exists some problem in performance planning, performance evaluation, performance feedback and performance results application etc. On these issues, using the performance management related theory, we proposed the "target management" in power enterprise as the core of performance management optimization idea,and carried out optimization design in staff performance management system in ZQ power plant. This study has important significance to ZQ power plant and other electric power enterprise in performance management.In this paper, the innovation points following:(1)By using the theory of performance management, we carry out optimization design to employee performance management in ZQ, and expand the application range of performance management theory.( 2) While some of the electric power enterprise has carried out the practice of performance management, but the effect is not ideal. In this paper, based on the existing research, through more extensive research and analysis, making the performance management of the existing research results more deepening and complement.
