Firstly in this study there is a summary on the development of the first commercial banks and an in-depth analysis of the operating characteristics of the commercial banks.Secondly,there is the review of relevance theory on performance and performance management and it helps us to grasp the theoretical basis of performance evaluation.Thirdly,the author introduces the X branch of Bank of China,as well as analyses and evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of the existing assessment methods of performance management,and analyzes the causes.Fourthly,according to the theory of performance evaluation,there is some targeted suggestions for improvement to the existing performance measurement approaches for the X branch of Bank of China.Finally,through a series of safeguards to ensure the smooth implementation of the new performance management appraisal system,and it can improve the performance management of the X branch of Bank of China and achieve the company's healthy development.Based on a variety of analytics performance management methods,we learn about different ways of performance management which focus on.For the Bank of China X branch,combined with our own research,the author identifies problems,analyzes and solves problems.Wish X performance management research branch of Bank of China to provide references for the effective operation of performance management in the future.I hope the X branch of the Bank of China can run well after the effective performance management to be adopted and it can provide reference for commercial banks in the future.
