The Urbanization Process In Wulipu Landless Peasants Employment And Influencing Factors Analysis

With the development of reform, national industry and urbanization develop fast. A special group, land-lost farmers has become inevitable phenomenon. It is along with the rapid economic growth and rising. Landless peasants lost their land.in the short term, they can rely on a one-off resettlement compensation for a living. But in the long run, because of the limited resettlement compensation, the society are unable to satisfy the landless farmers’ growing material needs. Land-lost farmers lack the necessary security. Their basic living standards will decline with the compensation fees running out. They will become the landless farmer without employment and social security. That will seriously affect the stable and harmonious society. Therefore, it is important to research the employment problems of land-lost farmers. Meanwhile, it is important to analyze the various factors that affect farmers employment. It will make us to better understand the land-lost farmers’employment predicament. We should put forward the corresponding methods to solve these problems. It is very significant to maintain social stability and promote the rural urbanization development healthy.In this paper, firstly, We understand the land-lost farmers employment at home and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of literature review, we found the influence factors of landless farmer. Thirdly, we define the related concepts about the land-lost farmers and analyze the related theory that is on the basis of the landless farmer employment. At the same time, our paper takes Wulipu for example. Through field survey, we collect the information and data. We build a model via using SPSS statistical software. Then, we analyze these data. In the en d, we find out the main factors that influence the local farmers employment, including personal quality, family size, salary, training and jobs. The last, we draw a conclusion on the basis of software analysis. From the perspective of the urbanization process, the paper puts forward the suggestion to solve the problem of landless farmer employment:Let the family labor go to work avoiding the loss of labor; solve their own problems of landless peasants; strengthen the supporting of landless peasants employment training; broaden the landless peasants employment channels. I hope that through these studies and measures,it can provide a theoretical basis and decision-making reference for solving the employment problem of landless peasants in Wulipu.
