“CPC Central Committee on the thirteenth five year plan for national economic and social development proposal”put forwad to improve the healthy development of urbanization institutional mechanisms to promote human centered urbanization,stick to the development chinese features new urbanization requirements.with the continuous advance of China's urbanization development,reduce rural land scale with the urban construction land demand increased,the number of landless peasants is increasing,how to guarantee the basic living standard of farmers do not decline,realize the sustainable development of landless peasants has become the focus of reform and development.This paper believes that a solution to landless farmers survival and sustainable development cannot do without compensation,security and employment compensation and security three,which is the basis to solve the problem of employment,is the key to solve the problem.The employment to landless peasants fundamentally to bring life insurance at the same time,and then help the landless peasants have long-term and sustainable development,is conducive to the development of the landless peasants themselves,conducive to social stability,is conducive to promoting the development of urbanization.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the employment problem of landless peasants in the process of urbanization.Based on this,this paper based on Farmers' reviews and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of landless employment problems,combined with Keynes' s employment theory,employment theory,development economics,new classic synthesis school employment theory and human capital theory and employment,to analyze the factors affecting the employment of landless peasants from the perspective of individual angle,angle and the employment service system,select 27 indicators for questionnaire design,using factor analysis to the quality of the labor force,land acquisition and resettlement,employment training,employment information,employment guidance,employment concept,employment protection,unemployment insurance,social capital 9 influence the employment of landless peasants factors to reduce the dimension of the selected 27 indicators,through correlation analysis and regression analysis to explore the factors impact on the employment of landless peasants,and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Employment is an important way to realize the value of live,landless farmers need more through the realization of transformation of identity and self-identity of non-agricultural employment,which requires social and government departments set up a ladder out of the predicament of landless peasants,landless peasants to realize the social reform and the pleasure.
