Research On Spatial Heterogeneity Of Land And Resource And Optimization Model Of Land Space

China is in important strategic opportunities period of economic and social development, critical period of building moderately prosperous society and important period of rapid development of new urbanization as well as new type of industrialization. 18 th National Congress of Communist Party of China has written "Optimization of national land special development pattern” in report as an important work and task in the future. In response to general requirements of central land space optimization and coordination of urban and rural development, Tianjin city carried out five batches of demonstration small towns construction in the city, with territorial resources as platform, according to needs of urban and rural development, agricultural modernization, industrialization, new-type urbanization and informationalization, in whole demonstration zone, through village system optimization layout, structure optimization of urban and rural land, land intensive use, land remediation and other measurements, to promote transformation of urban and rural areas, farmers’ land rights and interests protection, economic and social harmonious development.This paper takes Taiping town Binhai New Area of Tianjin city of demonstration towns as key area of investigation, on the analysis basis of Taiping town population, capital, land and other spatial layout pattern as well as spatial distribution characteristics,adopted supervision and classification function of Arc GIS software to process Taiping Town TM image data for 2005 and 2015, respectively researched different land types of Taiping town land resources spatial heterogeneity and characteristics in different period or same period, laid the foundation for Taiping town land space optimization. Under background of national "Four synchronous developments”, on the basis of comparison and reference of practice and research experience at home and abroad, from two levels of macro and meso, established land space layout optimization model. Combining with demonstrational sample of Taiping town, carried out empirical research on national land space layout, from land spatial structure, economic structure, regional structure, industrial structure, population structure and so on, comprehensively evaluated future land spatial layout and structure, comprehensively delimited four construction aspects of development, coordination, control and prohibition in Taiping town land.The empirical analysis in Taiping town shows that the spatial optimization model based on land resources spatial heterogeneity has high operability and scientificity. At last, the paper puts forward the relevant national land space optimization system innovation and policy recommendations.
