Research Of National Land Development Evaluation And Spatial Layout Optimization In Huangpi District Of Wuhan

In recent years,the Chinese urbanization is developing rapidly,and the existing land space has undergone significant changes.The Report,to the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,emphasized the development strategy of the spatial layout of national land’s optimization and its significance.The Report,to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,put forward that we need to accelerate the system reform of the ecological civilization,build the protecting system of the space of national land’s development,complete the supporting policies of the main functional area.Wuhan is developing in full speed in recently years,but at the same time,the conflict of the economic development and the protection of the resources and environment is appearing.Based on the above,this paper chooses Huangpi,a typical new urban district to be the object of study.Huangpi is the district which has the best ecological environment in Wuhan.But it’s also the district that the conflict between the tourism development and the ecology protection is the most outstanding.In order to resolve the conflict,it is necessary to inspect the Huangpi’s land development and the spatial layout again.And optimize the land spatial layout aim at the society’s recent importance development topic for discussion,to realize the Huangpi’s development better and quicker truly.There are six chapters in this paper.There are four major sections.The first section introduces the research methods and ideas about the current spatial layout,the theoretical study of domestic and overseas and land utilization’s evaluation index system,explores the theoretical connotation of land spatial layout,to be the theoretical support of the land utilization’s evaluation and spatial layout later.The second section is the quantitative analysis of Huangpi’s land utilization and spatial layout,by collecting relevant land data,we can analyze the change of Huangpi’s construction of the land utilization,space and the man-earth relationship,we can find the current characteristics of land utilization and spatial layout.The third section is the focus of this paper,through the analysis this paper puts forward the Huangpi’s land utilization evaluation index system and evaluation model,gets huangpi’s comprehensive assessment of land utilization,analyzes its characteristic of spatial variation,researches the questions in its land utilization and optimizing spatial layout,finds the driving mechanism.The fourth section combines the domestic and foreign theoretical research and the existing problems in Huangpi,puts forward the corresponding plans and policy suggestions about land utilizationand optimizing spatial layout.
