Secondly, this paper analyzes the current situations and problems existing in financial supporting system of urban basic public services migration rural population. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on perfecting the financial supporting system for urban basic public services for migration rural population, which respectively are to standardize the financial supporting subject, integrate innovative financial platform, strengthen the supporting function of the constructing financial credit system, and perfect the relevant legal systems.The paper believes people must pay attention to the diversified trend of need of supplying subject and enjoying subject. Financial subject does well the traditional businesses, and then it should enhance the financial innovation through innovating financial products and tools as well as individual services. As for the financial support approaches, the government-leading mode should be changed to the market-leading one. As for the financing mode, the policy-leading one should be gradually changed to the competition and commerce-leading modes. The paper also believes that a multi-level, multi-channel and all-round general financial preference system for people’s livelihood with Chinese characteristics should be formed in order to consistently increase the financial support level for urban basic public services for migration rural population.
