In the environment of industrial technological changing and network information depth developing, this paper analyses the background that the power equipment manufacturing company are facing a new normal economic development and industry competition situation. It is described that how to better meet customers’ needs and create more value for customers from perspective of the value chain. And then,Combined the power generation equipment manufacturing company production and business situation, it presented with three value needs of company itself、customers and suppliers and analyzed three relation of supply chain、demand chain and value chain taking advantage of the value chain theory. In the current state of the slowing macroeconomic policy guidance, power generation equipment manufacturing company which effectively utilize existing resources of the manufacturing products and services is an important breakthrough to achieve added value.This paper focuses on the problem analysis and measures research of value-added of the company’s product and service. The company’s goal is that to mobilize more customers to create more value for itself. Only customers’ value realization, the company value can be better reflected.Based on the case analysis of the DFEM company’s products and services, it discovered much more points of value-added. Especially, the gross profits of power reform products and services is higher than new products. However, the accounted for total sales ratio of company’s product and service is still in the lower level. Through the analysis of markets and customers demand for power equipment products and service, this paper proposed that the establishment of power generation equipment whole life cycle of product and service system, to find a way which can be used as a reference to achieve bigger and stronger products and services.After of the products and services’ value roadmap is established, again referenced value chain theory, combined with the supply and demand management thought, this thesis puts forward to construct two-sides market value pool of products and service in the power generation equipment industry. It points out the scope of based on power generation equipment products and services, and give a way which can realize two-sides market value pool. It provides reference for virtuous and circular development in the power generation equipment industry.
