The large straw biogas project is an important way of new energy utilization of straw resource in China. It has great meaning to facilitate the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and mitigation of climate change. This research adapts literature research, fixed point monitoring and quantitative analysis of research methods. This research analysis the current situation of the large straw biogas project in China, give genealogical classificatory of the large straw biogas project according to the difference of project scale, fermentation process, materials for fermentation, fermentation temperature and the way of increasing and holding temperature, expound anaerobic digestion of straw and characteristics of technical, with all this can conclude that the large straw biogas project in China faces many problems like capital, management and policy support. This research also consult and refer to the record voluntary emission reduction projects and Clean Development Mechanism(CDM), construct a new large straw bio-gas project greenhouse gas emission system of measurement method. This study based on the straw biogas project in Geng Guan village of Qing country Cang Zhou city, Hebei province of China, quantitative evaluate the straw biogas emission reduction, and with the data support, put forward a proposal of emission capacity. The main results are as following:(1)The large straw biogas project greenhouse gas emission reduction measures include the project boundary, calculation of baseline emissions, project emissions calculation, the leakage calculation, emission reduction and project monitoring. Calculation of baseline emissions refers to no large straw biogas project under the situation, greenhouse gas emission by straw stalk treating, rural resident daily used energy, fertilizer production in farmland. Project emissions calculation refer to emissions product by engineering transportation, power consumption, fossil fuel consumption and extra biogas torch combustion.(2)In 2014, calculation of baseline CO2 emissions 5776.15t; project CO2 emissions 57.53 t, leakage of CO2 emissions 136.59 t, reduction CO2 emissions 5582.03 t, approximately equal to the CO2 emissions of 2100 t of equivalent of coal. Project emission reduction amount to 28.76 times the total discharge of the project(It is the amount of emissions and leakage of the project). As required of《NY/T 2142-2012 Specification for process design of straw biogas engineering》, the design working life of straw biogas engineering no less than 25 years, the Geng Guan village Straw biogas centralized gas supply project can at least achieve CO2 emissions 139600 t. Each consumed 1t(dry weight) of straw can be a net reduction of 3.56tCO2, every use of 1m3 methane emission reduction 11.50 kg CO2.(3)This study presented the strategy of improving greenhouse gas emission reduction capacity of large scale straw biogas project. The ranking of the contribution of greenhouse gas emission is: leakage> engineering operating power consumption emissions> Energy consumption of coal consumption in engineering operation> Engineering transport activity emission. Leakage accounts for 70.36% of the total emissions, engineering operating power accounts for 22.41%, coal consumption in engineering operation accounts for 4.71%. Engineering transport account for 2.52%. In the design, optimize the layout of straw methane engineering, preferential selection of corrosion resistance, compressive strength, and strong environmental suitability of the material. In the management, strengthen daily inspection, maintenance and management, strengthen the inspection of the seal place; In terms of reducing the consumption of solar heating, biomass furnace heating, biogas warming and other clean energy warming technology and greenhouse green house technology measures. At the same time, our state should increase the subsidies to large-scale straw biogas projects, strengthen technical research and promotion.
