The introduction of technical knowledge includes three parts:technical knowledge acquisition, technical knowledge choice, technical knowledge absorption. Technical knowledge acquisition can enhance the accumulation number of technical knowledge; technical knowledge choice can increase the usefulness of technical knowledge; technical knowledge absorption can improve the innovation ability of themselves’ enterprises. In other words, the high-tech enterprises’innovation-self ability base on the fluent channel of technical knowledge, the efficient method of technical knowledge choice and the strong ability of technical knowledge absorption. Therefore, study on the introduction of technical knowledge has important practical significance. In this paper, firstly the influence factors in each phase of the introduction of technical knowledge are analyzed, ecological character of each phase of introduction of technical knowledge and relationship of staff each other in their job are analyzed. Then basing on reference Ecology theory, deal with the problems in each phase of introduction of technical knowledge with quantitative and qualitative methods. The theory of inter-specific relationship is used for dealing with the problem of acquisition of technical knowledge in high-tech enterprises, building mutualism and commensalisms acquisition models of technical knowledge inward enterprises, cultivate acquisition relationship of mutualism among staffs, advance training and guidance for staffs. Building mutualism acquisition model of technical knowledge out enterprises so that the enterprise can gain technical knowledge quickly. The natural selection is used for solution the problems of technical knowledge choice in high-tech enterprises, technical knowledge choice come from three gradations:genetic material gradation, personality gradation, population gradation. Building the technical knowledge choice models in genetic material gradation so that implicit technical knowledge transform. The technical knowledge choice models in personality gradation so that the enterprise introduces talent, and enhances recognizability of circumstance change. The technical knowledge choice models in population gradation so that the enterprise advances complementation of technical knowledge among different department. The metabolism theory and so on in Ecology are used for dealing with the problems of technical knowledge absorption, building the model of lessening condition difference between enterprise of supplying technical knowledge and enterprise of demanding technical knowledge so that the enterprise can supply a good circumstance for technical knowledge surviving. The model of technical knowledge improving together in between enterprise of supplying technical knowledge and enterprise of demanding technical knowledge in high-tech enterprise so that improve ability of delivery and wish of delivery among enterprises. And the enterprise adopts different learning mechanism of technical knowledge in different step of absorption so that the enterprise advances absorption of technical knowledge. According to building those models, management methods and countermeasures are brought forward dealing with the problems of technical knowledge introduction. According to building those models, management methods and countermeasures are brought forward dealing with the problems of technical knowledge introduction. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | High-tech enterprise, Technical knowledge introduction, Technical knowledge acquisition, Technical knowledge choice, Technical knowledge absorption, Technical knowledge management, Ecology theory | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
