Study On The Influence Of Non-monetory Transaction Based On Internet To The Finacing Effiency Of Enterprise

Non-monetary transactions based on Internet refers to trade both parties under the background of the development of the Internet, use the web to find the trading object or use the network transaction, the physical objects or rights, in the form of non-monetary exchange, and exchange process involving only or no smaller amounts of monetary assets(monetary assets less than or equal to 10% of the total trading assets) trading activities. At present, with the popularity of the Internet, non-monetary transactions based on the Internet at home and with it, but trading goods and rights and profound changes have taken place in both parties, which provides the research development of the practice base. On the other hand, the enterprise performance has always been the focus of the academic field of study, how to better serve the improvement of enterprise performance, help to the development of domestic enterprises, it is also one of the purpose of this study.This paper tries to study non-monetary transactions based on Internet’s impact on corporate performance. In the research on the basis of previous literature, summarized the non-monetary transactions based on Internet of theory and practice of the status quo, separately carried on the summary of the related studies, similar to the discussion of definition and summing up the definition of non-monetary transactions based on Internet, characteristics, classification and development present situation, and summarizes the definitions and corporate performance of enterprise performance evaluation.Third ZhangCai using interview method, this paper for 3 companies involved in the non-monetary transactions conducted interviews, to explore the possibility of the existence of influence, and then in the fourth chapter USES the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the selection of 20 listed companies(including 7 companies involves the non-monetary transactions based on Internet, the other 13 does not involve) of enterprise performance evaluation, the evaluation process to avoid the interference of subjective factors, grey correlation method is used to determine the weighing values of assessment. Through to the 20 listed companies performance evaluation, to compare different companies and corporate performance is the same company, under the different times, non-monetary transactions and not to the currency trading enterprise performance, we induce non-monetary transactions based on Internet and the relationship between the corporate performance, and based on the non currency trade’s impact on enterprise capital management efficiency.Through the research, we found that non-monetary transactions based on Internet, the longitudinal comparison, non-monetary transactions of enterprise performance is better; Horizontal comparison, the same enterprise in different period of time, for non-monetary transaction session than for non-monetary transaction session better business performance, so as to come to the conclusion that non-monetary transactions based on the Internet have positive effects on the improvement of enterprise performance, enterprise and suggests appropriate a non-monetary transactions based on Internet.Innovation point of this article is, by studying the predecessors’ literatures and similar concepts and generalized the research based on the concept of Internet of non-monetary transactions, and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of non-monetary transactions based on Internet to study the influence of enterprise performance.
