Since 2013, the growth of Shanxi Province economic continued to slow, the decline of the coal industry profits,employment serious problem, the root cause lies in the transformation of industrial structure is slow, failed to effectively cope with the change of the complex economic environment: energy consumption structure changed, financial risk increased. technical innovation is a driving force source to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure, it also plays an important role in speeding up the industrial transformation and upgrading,and promoting to high-end value chain. Presently, Shanxi Province’s technical innovation base is weak and innovation comprehensive capacity is in the downstream level. In order to narrow the development gap with other developed provinces, Shanxi Province, must promote the technical innovation ability construction to enhance the level of industrial technology and competitiveness.Based on the research of technical innovation in Shanxi Province to the influence of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure as the goal. First of all, on the basis of existing theory, analyzes the internal way of technical innovation to promote structure optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.From technical innovation input, and technology innovation output, technical innovation diffusion, technological innovation environment support four aspects to a nalysis Shanxi Province’s qualitative of the status quo of technical innovation; From the rationalization and high-class of industrial structure, two aspects to analy sis the level of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure of Shanxi. Secondly for empirical analysis, based on principal component analysis method of c omprehensive evaluation, builds technical innovation ability, the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure level evaluation index. Last chapter five and cha pter six is the emphasis of this article. In fifth chapter, Pearson coefficient method is used to analyze the technology innovation and optimization and upgradingof industrial structure,and the conclusion is that the both have very strong positi ve correlation; using grey correlation analysis method to calculate the correlation of the 11 indexes of technical innovation between the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, in order to select key indicators and the general index.Chapter 6 is according to the results put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions that Shanxi Province will enhance the capacity of technical inno vation to promote optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.Through research this paper draw two conclusions:(1) from 2001- 2013 in Shanxi comprehensive ability of technical innovation increased year by year. Rationalization of industrial structure adjustment achieved remarkable results, the proportion of the three major industries and more reasonable pace of development, industry and the environment, resources more coordinated, but Industrial Structure slow process, low level of industrial technology level, lack of high-tech industry development momentum.(2) technical innovation play a positive role in promoting Shanxi industrial structure optimization and upgrading, but the foundation of technical innovation in Shanxi Province is weak, the potential of technical innovation to drive the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure has not fully release, the impact of technical innovation indicators on the industrial structure the upgrade is not consistent. |
