Comparison Of Competitive Ethics Between Chinese And Foreign Enterprises

Chinese enterprises have become part of the global economy under the economic globalization.Foreign enterprises gradually influence the management of Chinese enterprises. In order to avoid the harmful occurrence of competition behaviors,to learn on the basis of comparison is needed,therby, to standardize and guide China’s construction of enterprise competitive ethics.This article mainly adopts the intersection of ethics and economics theory and research method, through the literature collection combined with a concrete example analysis, the method of exploration and research of Chinese and foreign enterprise competitive ethics, not only for the expansion of economic ethics, also is the new perspective of the research of ethics of the application.In addition to the introduction, this paper will be divided into five parts:The first part, this paper discusses the enterprise competition ethical connotation and theoretical basis. In ethics based on the analysis of the meaning of competition and competition, summarizes the meaning of enterprise competition ethics, and further analysis of marxist ethics to the enterprise competition, to prepare for the following research.The second part, the ideological and ethical construction of ethics of the Chinese and foreign enterprise competition. First analysis of the overseas foreign enterprise competition the main characteristic of ethics, to analyze foreign ethics construction situation, foundthat each has his strong point. In order to further study the length of each, the article raises the fourth part.The fourth part, the integration of ethics of the Chinese and foreign enterprise competitive differentiation comparative analysis. Guided by the marxism, through comparison and research, from the positive and negative two aspects the advantages and limitations of ethics competition for foreign companies. For our country construction enterprise competition brought to bear on ethics, pointed out the direction of the construction.The fifth part, discusses the enlightenment of Chinese contemporary enterprise competition ethics construction. First of all, guided by the marxist ethics thought;Second, to build enterprise competition ethical system specification, the aim of contributing to society as a corporate responsibility; Thirdly, build enterprise core competitive ability, the people-oriented as the concept of enterprise competition;Fourthly, to establish guarantee mechanism of enterprise competition ethics. To regulate the behavior of enterprise competition and maintain a good market order to provide theoretical support and practical path.
