Research On Transformation And Upgrading Strategy Of Foreign Enterprises

The definition of transformation and upgrading is the process of self perfection and development. This paper argues that the rise in the cost of human resources, the cost of raw materials rising dilemma has been a threat to the survival of enterprises with foreign investment, and foreign investment enterprises new product development, technology progress, low threshold for the industry, financing, risk control system, lack of core competitiveness etc. encourage foreign investment enterprises to speed up the transformation and upgrading of pace.In this paper, the survey and interview data of the foreign investment enterprises in the Pearl River Delta were collected and analyzed, and the influence factors of the transformation and upgrading of the foreign investment enterprises were analyzed by the SPSS20.0 statistical software. The results show that(1) the enterprise innovation output capacity, R & D investment, intellectual property protection ability, entrepreneurial innovation consciousness and improve the ability of independent innovation can promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises;(2) the brand promotion ability, familiar with the market level and the service network construction and marketing services to enhance the ability to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of enterprises;(3) a sense of responsibility, intellectual property rights and brand awareness of entrepreneurship can make the transformation and upgrading of security;(4) quality management and human resources management capability improvement can enable companies to upgrade the pace;(5) establish a government of preferential policies for foreign-invested enterprises and industrial park can promote the transformation of foreign investment enterprises to upgrade to a great extent.On this basis, combining with the actual situation of perfect Guangdong Co., Ltd., and a comprehensive analysis of the perfect enterprise transformation and upgrade of the motivation and influence factors, the perfect company comparison before and after the upgrade transformation, and then put forward for foreign-invested enterprises transformation and upgrading of specific methods and strategies, to give the transformation of enterprises with foreign investment to upgrade to provide some reference, help enterprises to achieve a stable, rapid, sustained and healthy development.
