Study On The Realization Path Of High Quality And High Price Of Rice In Heilongjiang Province

Rice industry is an important part of grain industry in China, which is of great significance to ensure food security and social stability in China. But the development of rice industry is still in production as the main target, rice yield, production continued to grow but the rice quality lifting speed is slow, which not only with our growing high-quality rice demand also limits the income growth of the rice industry producers, processors and related professionals, curbed the enthusiasm of farmers to grow grain. 2016 central document points out that face the current food supply and demand imbalance, prices fell status, must realize agricultural supply side reforms, the development of food industry not only to pay attention to production, to achieve the quality of rapid promotion. However, at present on the realization of agricultural products quality related research is still relatively small, how to achieve food by ordinary quality to the high quality of the structure transformation, high-quality grain sold unreasonably high prices has not yet been studied. Therefore, this paper takes the rice industry in Heilongjiang Province as the research objective, to construct a feasible path to achieve high quality and low pric e of rice, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper first describes the background, purpose and significance of the study, both at home and abroad on the quality of agricultural products industry, agricultural product q uality improvement and price reading articles and analysis, formulated the research methods and technical routes of this paper; secondly, the "high quality rice", "high quality" connotation, elaborated the theoretical basis of this research, namely the "le mon market" theory, transaction cost theory, income distribution theory and the theory of scale economy; third, the current situation of the development of high quality rice industry in Heilongjiang province and the existing problems were analyzed, pointed out that the degree of organization of farmers are low, rice processing industry overcapacity, the interests of farmers is difficult to guarantee rice, low degree of brand recognition and market supervision loopholes etc.. Then we construct the correspond ing factors analysis framework to analyze the higher prices for better quality, and based on the quantitative analysis conclusion the construction of high-quality rice price path to realize the idea. Finally, based on the above qualitative analysis and qua ntitative analysis, starting from the play the leading role of leading enterprises in the path construction, strengthen the standardization of the production of rice, improve rice the marketing ability of enterprises and create a good environment for the development of the industry four put forward countermeasures and suggestions to realize the Heilongjiang Province paddy rice quality.
