The Research On The Attenuation Model Of Commercial Service Industry Factors Of Urban Land Grading

Evaluation unit of the value of urban land classification is very important, and then analyze the different attenuation distance model of the calculation method and the existing problems. On the basis of this, the time distance attenuation model is proposed. An empirical analysis of Tianjin shidaiaocheng Commercial Plaza.. The calculation result and the actual situation are compared and analyzed, and the model is consistent with the actual situation. Comparison and analysis of the attenuation model with different attenuation distance, the time attenuation model is more practical.
