Since the 21 st century, the rapid development of China’s export trade is the most important factor driving the development of China’s economic, but due to various economic and technical restrictions, China’s export trade mainly in high-carbon, high energy consumption and high pollution products, so the development of China’s export trade is based on expensing souse of the environment. With the change of the global climate, the development of "low-carbon economy" had become the focus of international’s attention. Therefore, in order to adapt to the global trend of developing the "low-carbon economy", China must quickly change the mode of the economic development, promote the upgrading of the structure of our export products. In this dissertation,I researched the relationship and the coordinated development between the China’s low-carbon economy and the export trade on the basis of the existing domestic and international study about the carbon emission factors and theoretical research on carbon tariffs and export trade. Firstly, this article analyzed the size and structure of the current situation of China’s export trade, the status of China’s overall carbon emissions and the export trade’s carbon emissions. And through empirical study analyzes the effect of the scale, the structure and the technology of the export trade on the China’s carbon emissions. Secondly, the article analyzes the necessity of the development of "low-carbon economy" from the energy needs, the need to improve the environment, the need to transform the economic structure and accelerate technological innovation requires; and analyzed the current development of the "low-carbon economy" from the development plan and policy of the "low-carbon economy"; at the same time, analysis the current development of the "low-carbon economy" in United Kingdom, Germany and other advanced countries; thus the " low-carbon economy " has been a relatively comprehensive analysis. Additionally, the article describe the advantages and disadvantages of the "low-carbon economy" on the export by three aspects, the "low-carbon economy" affect the international competitiveness of the export products, "low-carbon economy" as barriers to international market access threshold, "low-carbon economy" to change the structure of the export trade. Finally, for the above analysis, proposed policy responses from following aspects: take efforts to promote the global sharing of the developed low-carbon technologies; develop the low-carbon economic policies, and promote low application of carbon technology; adjusted the trade policy, China’s enterprises to accelerate the re-positioning in the global industrial chain; increase the level of environmental regulation; the government should actively seek the right to develop international standards for carbon emissions. Export enterprises should actively cooperate, and to accelerate the development of low-carbon technologies and low-carbon production; actively investing in foreign markets, so that avoid trade barriers. The innovation of this dissertation consists two aspects. Firstly, this dissertation raised a series of coordinated development strategies of our export trade and low-carbon economic through analyzes the impacts of export trade on carbon emissions and low-carbon economy development’s impact on export trade, so this dissertation get rid of the limitation of just studying the development of export trade. In addition, because there are some endogenous affecting among the factors of affecting the carbon emissions, instead of a simple equation, this dissertation take equation set to study the impact of export trade on carbon emissions. Additionally, this article there are some shortcomings; such as, low-carbon economy impact on economic covers a wide range, but this article only studies the relationship between low-carbon economy and China’s export trade. Additionally, the data of empirical research lack of accuracy and timeliness.
