A Study On The Relationship Between Entrepreneurial Strategy And Entrepreneurial Performance In The West Of China

The research of entrepreneurial strategy is increasingly concerned by scholars, many scholars have studied the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance in different regions, witch confirmed the need to take into account the local differences in Entrepreneurship Research. The entrepreneurial behavior of enterprises in the western region of China has been the focus of attention of all circles, but there is no argument about the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance in the western regions of China. There are many typical Western companies use their own resources, to take rapid development of appropriate business strategy according to the environment rely on the advance behavior to obtain first-mover advantage during the great western development for more than ten years. On the basis of summarizing the previous studies, this paper establishes a theoretical model of the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance, used the methods of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation to make an empirical study, then select a typical A enterprises in the west to carry out a case study to further elaborate the relationship between entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance. Through empirical studies we find out that:Enterprise resource and enterprise environment have positive impact on entrepreneurial strategy; Entrepreneurial strategy and entrepreneurial performance are positively related; And entrepreneurial strategy plays a part of intermediary role in the positive correlation of entrepreneurial performance in the enterprise resource and enterprise environment.Case study in the development process of a western a typical enterprise, for example, of earlier proposed model for validation studies, through the typical case to illustrate the western enterprise how in the fierce competition environment, make full use of its resources, take positive competition strategy to seek greater development.
