Research On The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Behavior Of Incubating Enterprise On Entrepreneurial Performance

Entrepreneurial activities significantly present the economic vitality of a country or a region.In the current strategic background of “mass entrepreneurship and public innovation”,the entrepreneurial activities and performances of an enterprise became a rule to measure economic prosperity already.As an important category of a start-up enterprise,the prosperity and the development of an incubating enterprise have been effective measures to cultivate new growth points in various regions.Currently,various measures,such as establishing group innovation spaces(GIS),incubators and improving services in science parks,are taken by the country to incubate and support start-up enterprises,thus a large number of incubating enterprises emerge along with the conditions.Therefore,how to promote the entrepreneurial performances of the incubating enterprise becomes a problem to be solved urgently during the process of accelerating the regional economic development and adjusting the economic structure.In the present situation,the thesis considers that a incubating enterprise has the basic features of a general start-up enterprise to be capable of using the achievements and the theories researched by the entrepreneurial enterprises for reference,meanwhile,as a scientific and technologic type enterprise which is incubated,it has its own characteristics that the entrepreneurial performances are easy to be affected by the entrepreneurial behaviors,while the selection of the entrepreneurial behaviors may be affected by a series of potential factors.Based on the assumption,the thesis takes the entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise as the object of study.By analyzing the factors affecting the selection of entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise and the entrepreneurial behavioral expressions,the thesis further makes a study on the influence of entrepreneurial performances from the entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise.During the case study,the thesis takes the incubating enterprises in Tianjin City and Hebei Province as an example,it carries out an empirical study on the logical assumption of “the behaviors are affected by factors,and the performances are affected by behaviors” to draw conclusions.The main innovative achievements are shown as below:Firstly,the thesis proposes six factors affecting the selection of entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise and five entrepreneurial behaviors affecting the entrepreneurial performances of the incubating enterprise.By applying the document analysis method and the content analysis method,the thesis starts with two aspects of development practice and document research for the incubating enterprises in our country.It combs the entrepreneurial practice process of the current incubating enterprises,it addresses six main factors of the educational background,entrepreneurship,the resource acquisition ability,the social network support degree,the industrial environment and the macro environment which affect the selection of entrepreneurial behaviors based on three layers of “entrepreneurship,the entrepreneurial conditions and the entrepreneurial environment”,and by analyzing the production mechanism for entrepreneurial performances of the incubating enterprise,it further proposes five key entrepreneurial behaviors of the technical searching behaviors,the strategic selection,the social network constitution,the financing way and the start-up pattern which affect the entrepreneurial performances.Secondly,it constructs an entrepreneurial performance influence theory model for the incubating enterprise based on a balanced score card.The thesis introduces the balanced score card to select three example enterprises to analyze from four aspects of finance,customers,behaviors and learning,it explores the influence mechanism on the entrepreneurial performances from the entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise,it constructs the entrepreneurial performance influence theory model of the incubating enterprise,and it verifies and proposes the six influencing factors and the five entrepreneurial behaviors.Thirdly,it builds an influential factor model for the selection of the entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise and carries out a demonstration.Depending on the theory frame of influential factors for the entrepreneurial behavior selection of the incubating enterprise,the thesis proposes 13 assumptions of factors affecting the selection of entrepreneurial behaviors,and it constructs an influential factor structure model for the entrepreneurial behavior selection of the incubating enterprise.The thesis investigates 350 incubating enterprise samples in Tianjin City and Hebei Province,it releases questionnaire to collect relevant data and carry out the empirical study,and it verifies the related assumptions.Fourthly,it builds a model for the entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise affecting the entrepreneurial performances and carries out a demonstration.Depending on the theory frame on the entrepreneurial behaviors and the entrepreneurial performances of the incubating enterprise,the thesis proposes 12 assumptions of the entrepreneurial behaviors affecting the entrepreneurial performances,and it constructs a structure model for the entrepreneurial behaviors of the incubating enterprise affecting the entrepreneurial performances.The thesis investigates 350 incubating enterprise samples in Tianjin City and Hebei Province,it releases questionnaire to collect relevant data and carry out the empirical study,and it verifies the related assumptions.
