Servitization and informatization of manufacturing are the major trends in the development of manufacturing industry. The servitization of production manufacturing and the configuration of virtual resources have put forward new requirements to manufacturing industry, Such as the existing networked manufacturing modes are limited to a specific space and time scope and the determined ability, and have been unable to meet the requirements of this development trend. Based on the internet, a new networked manufacturing mode which called cloud manufacturing was put forward and it helped to realize the effective use of the dynamic decentralized social idle resources.Cloud manufacturing is inspired by cloud computing. It is mainly to achieve the matching and combination of dynamic idle resources and capacity based on the considering of the constraints about time, cost and quality and so on. Cloud manufacturing is to solve the waste of social resources and other issues which caused by the spare capacity and idle resources in the operation of the current supply chain. The effective implementation of cloud manufacturing mainly involves three aspects. The first is breaking the regional restrictions within the scope of the allocation of resources, the real significance of the use of idle resources to achieve integration of cloud manufacturing. The second is how to quickly obtain the candidate cloud services set which meet the user’s non-functional requirements in the massive data condition. The third is how to form a cloud manufacturing virtual customized supply chain and achieve it through O2O by manufacturing cloud service’s selection and combination. In order to solve the above problems, this article taking the supply chain management as the breakthrough point and taking the crowdsourcing mode which has been successfully operating in the virtual design service area as a reference and studying operation mode of cloud manufacturing based on Crowdsourcing and its service combination.Domestic and foreign scholars have done a lot of research for operation mode and service composition of cloud manufacturing. But most of them are based on a particular product or a specific industry or a limited regional. There are few studies on the operation of cloud manufacturing which is operate in a wider area based on the theory of supply chain management and crowdsourcing and there are also few studies on manufacturing cloud service’s matching and combination from the perspective of the formation of supply chain by matching ability. Thus, the focus of this thesis is based on the integrated supply chain management ideas and crowdsourcing concept to build the cloud manufacturing crowdsourcing system and form the virtual manufacturing customized supply chain. To this system, the goal is to seek a combination use of spare capacity and idle resources, the key links are the manufacturing cloud service selection and its optimization which are based on the filtering rules.On the basis of the theory of cloud manufacturing, crowdsourcing and supply chain management, this article studies the operation mode of cloud manufacturing and its service composition. Firstly, based on the comparison and analysis of cloud manufacturing and crowdsourcing and in view of the similarity of the two, this paper puts forward that the crowdsourcing is an effective mode to realize the cloud manufacturing and build the cloud manufacturing crowdsourcing system and analyze it’s operation mode, workflow, service composition technology and so on, and conclude that the filtering and the selection of cloud manufacturing service are the key links in this system. Secondly, the non-functional attributes of manufacturing cloud service are defined and analyzed in detail, in order to reduce the searching time, considering the unique features of manufacturing cloud service’s non-functional attributes, the average process time of the shortest n/1 job scheduling rules is used to design the filtering scheduling rules of manufacture cloud service. Thirdly, use the Grey Relation Analysis to realize the optimization of manufacturing cloud service. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through examples, the crowdsourcing’s advantages of cloud manufacturing and the advantages of the proposed service combination method are analyzed. In a sense, this research of cloud manufacturing operation mode based on crowdsourcing broadens the study scope and the application scope of them. Meanwhile, in order to achieve service composition, this paper is from the perspective of the formation of virtual supply chain and based on the selection of manufacturing cloud services, to a certain extent, this method can quickly meet the dynamic and changeable requirement of users, and realize the efficient use of idle resources and spare capacity.
