Study On The Effect Of The Income Gap Based On The Technological And Human Capital

Since the reform and development,as the traditional planned economy under the conditions of distribution system was broken,the income among different industries become expanded.which seriously damaged the fairness and harmonious of the society.This phenomenon is a serious impediment to the development of the economic,which causing a lot of attention.In this paper,focusing the phenomenon,from both theoretical and empirical aspects,analyzes the influencing factors. And explored how the human capital and technological effect the revenue in details.Firstly,the paper statistics the income of every industry from 2003 to 2013.Then reflects the current income gaps from horizontal and vertical.Secondly,introduced the study of invisible income,which can reflect the income gap more comprehensive.Thirdly,use the historical research,the paper analysis the mechanism how the human capital and technological effect the revenue,and analyzing technical process level of industries using the Global-Malmquist based on DEA method.Four,combined with the MINCER equation,conducted an empirical study of the effect of technological and human capital on industry income distribution through static panel data analysis method.The conclusion is that,the human capital and technological has an increasing effected on income.The industry which has a lower income should increase the technological innovation and improve the human capital of the industry.Only do this,it can narrow the trade between high income industry.Finally,the author believe that we should increases innovation capital and investment in human resources,improve the industry’s technological innovation level.And increases investment in human capital and the development of education,improve the level of human capital.And break the monopoly and promotecompetition.Only do these,we can narrow the income gap between our industries,promote social harmony and development.
