| In the "Internet+" and "Sharing Economy" background, traditional traffic travel industry and the sharing economic philosophy combine to produce a new form of communication services business, which greatly satisfy the needs of people traveling and alleviate the traffic pressure. UBER is the most particular eye-catching company in this context. This paper selects UBER company as the research object, including its rise and development stage, international business motivation, marketing strategy, business features and advantages of the virtual value chain and business models and other aspects. Then this paper carries out the analysis into Chinese and makes the comparative analysis of the Didi travel and Shenzhou Car for business development, which brings recommendations of focusing on market research, operating license, co-operation to UBER and quality of service, international market development to Chinese enterprises. Based on the above analysis and the concept of sharing economy, the government should change regulatory approach, strengthen guidance; enterprises should regulate their own behavior and help government to push policy reform; consumers should play an important role in the sharing economy. |
